Our "Wine Tasting Event" is always very popular.

This event features a delightful talk about wine and food pairings by Mr. Osawa, who has served as a wine importer for many years and has trained over 600 sommeliers nationwide.

This time, the event will be held at "Buaiso Bettei" in Kita 8-jo Nishi 5-chome, Kita-ku, right in front of the South Gate of Hokkaido University!

In a charming space steeped in over 100 years of history, you can enjoy a pairing of wines carefully selected by our sommelier, perfect for early summer, with a fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine.

Enjoy a special time with delicious food and wine.

Six types of wine and a variety of Japanese-Western fusion dishes for 8,000 yen (tax included). Capacity: 22 people.

Individuals and groups of three or more are all welcome.
